Hong Kong started their Starbucks Card Program in 2007 with the "Coffee as Art" Card shown below. Unique designs so far include the 10th Anniversary and Hong Kong (shown below).

Loading Starbucks Cards in Hong Kong is slightly different than other countries as they require loading them with 100 Hong Kong Dollars, which is about $13.00 American (depending on the exchange rate). Starbucks Cards from Hong Kong can be used in the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia and Thailand.
