This is the sixth (6th) Seattle Starbucks Card, released as part of the 2017 "City" or "Destination" issues, this one released in July 2017 in the greater greater Seattle area. As the sun sets in the West, the "emerald" city, as Seattle is known as, starts to sparkle with downtown lights from the various downtown buildings. I-5 runs just East of downtown as shown in this image. If you're wondering where the Space Needle is, it's hidden behind the tall downtown buildings from this angle.
