Ready To Grow

Ready To Grow was released the third week of March 2022 in North America.

This is yet another new idea for a Starbucks Card (but not totally unique - read below). This is an actual card that you can load money on, spend it, then plant it in the ground and grow wildflowers. How much fun is that for a Mother's Day, Spring or Easter gift!! ." It's the gift that keeps on giving! A very unique idea - and one that mothers, teachers, secretaries and the Easter bunny will appreciate!

The paper / cardboard card is vertical with an image of wildflowers. The wording says: This plantable card is ready to grow. That said, seeds are implanted in the card with instructions on the back.  Another notable observation is the siren isn't anywhere on the front or back.  That's a first as well.

Collectors Note: It was March 2007 that the sleeve for the "Spring Lollipops" Card had the same concept. Inside the sleeve was a pink paper that also had wildflower seeds, just plant it and watch what grows.
