Philadelphia

Philadelphia was released as part of the 2014 "city" Starbucks Card in June of 2014. Only available in the greater metropolitan area, this is the first Starbucks Card for Philadelphia.

The card depicts the Philadelphia Museum of Art, Independence Hall, and some colorful row houses that are mostly seen in West Philadelphia. Popular nicknames for Philadelphia are Philly and The City of Brotherly Love, the latter of which comes from the literal meaning of the city's name in Greek. Philadelphia is known for its arts and culture, and best loved for the cheesesteak and soft pretzel. Founded on October 27, 1682, the following year in 1683, the city had 600 residents. Today the city has a little over 1.5 million residents.
