Shareholder 2006

Early January 2006, shareholders of Starbucks Common Stock received this Card in their annual proxy package. The "Shareholder" card is not available to the general public otherwise. This is the 4th special edition Shareholder Card featuring four Starbucks partners, three with the standard green apron and one with the black "coffee masters" apron. The front says "Thank You" in a script font. Through the middle of the Card is a light white clear strip with STARBUCKSCARD, Under that is the line "SHAREHOLDER SPECIAL EDITION 2006" in the Starbucks green. The far left of the Card has a lacy scroll pattern that gives it a nice classy look. As a gift to Shareholders, the card was pre-loaded with $3.50. As a side note, Starbucks prides themselves in being a diverse company. I'm sure it was a planned photo shoot to include the variety of partners as the card shows. Also, it would be interesting to know the names of these partners and what store(s) they work at. Any bets that their all from Seattle? Collectors Note: It's been rumored that Starbucks is eliminating the black "coffee masters" apron because it seems to upsets the partner balance.
