"Jingle" was released Friday, November 2nd, 2018 in North America along with the other "Special Issues", recycled Cards and Standard Holiday/Christmas Starbucks Cards.
Some of the Starbucks Cards this year have reference to Christmas carols. This one says "Jingle" with the added bells on a red background.
