On July 12th, 2004, the "Hula" Card was released to Hawaiian Starbucks stores only. This is Hawaii's first custom Starbucks Card with an interesting design of hula girls with the traditional lei's and a coconut tree backdrop. This is the Matching Sleeve for this card design. NOTE: The Starbucks Card in the image is NOT included. This final sleeve has writing inside.
