This is the forth (4th) Halloween Starbucks Card for North America, simply titled Halloween 2020 and was released mid-September 2020.
This design shows a dog in disguise, covered in a ghost costume, which is probably a surprise to the black cat. What makes the design extra special is the lettering HAPPY HALLOWEEN. It's a glow-in-the-dark application, another first for a Starbucks Card.
