Released on October 1st, 2012 is the DIGITAL MINI Starbucks Card, made exclusively for Taiwan.
This is yet another innovative design and the first ever QR coded Starbucks Card. If you have a QR reader on your smart phone, you can scan the "coded" coffee cup and be directed to a Taiwan Starbucks page of various Starbucks products. This is probably a rewards page of various promotional items.
The "steam" from the coffee cup is various drink names and other call-out drink options. |
