Exclusive to the Vancouver, British Columbia Canada market is their first official city Starbucks Card. However; the Winter Olympics Card released in 2010 was centered around Vancouver, so you could argue this is the second Card for Vancouver.
2011 just happens to be Vancouver's 125th birthday, as it was incorporated as a city in 1886. Whether this was planned for a Starbucks Card release is unknown, but this city is one of Canada's best. |
