The Temple Card was re-issued with a second Sleeve - Version 2 Released in Thailand ONLY on July 9th, 2007. The only hint that it was made for the Temple Card is the gold Starbucks Card lettering on the front (like the Card), however it could be used for any issue. This is a very small Sleeve measuring 3 3/4" x 2 3/8", not much larger than a Starbucks Card.
The top flap bends over, but we found it interesting that the flap doesn't have a small hole to fasten the top down or that the manufacturing process didn't add some kind of adhesive. As is, if you want the top to stay down, you'll have to staple or tape it shut.
