The main theme for 2013 is "Create Wonder, Share Joy".
The secondary issue in 2013 is dubbed "Snowman 2013". Again, this is the 4rd year to have a snowman themed design. Some might identify it as the "snow angels", as just below the snowman are two snow angels.
