2007 was the first time Starbucks released two different Cards for Valentines Day. This one is called "Paper Hearts" and was released about a week after the "Valentines Flower" Card the first part of January 2007. This Card seems to be an after thought as it wasn't promoted through the store workbooks for the Valentines merchandise. "Paper Hearts" is a fun example of days gone when Valentines were hand made and given to that special person. Surely one Card that will become a classic!
