For 2011, Christmas Tree 2011 and Forest Snowmen Starbucks Cards had the option of the "Sleeve" listed below. We say option as this Sleeve wasn't free, but purchased for an extra $1.95 ($2.25 in Canada).
The Sleeve is a hard cardboard, like a book cover or wallet. Some might think of this design as a picture frame as each Card would slide into their own framed pocket. We've elected to show the Sleeve without the Cards to show the cardboard insert, the TO: FROM: ENJOY: in both English and French.
A green elastic band keeps the Sleeve together, until opened.
