In 2010, the Snowman and Christmas Tree Starbucks Cards had this holiday Sleeve.
This Sleeve is a "tube" type. The flap with the TO: FROM: and $: folds down and connects with a tab and slit (shown). There's also an area to write a message to the lucky recipients.
Again, the design is a "tube" on a white cardboard with green outlines, red lettering and a ribbon of green with holly.
