Chicago Theatre

Released the last week of March 2013, is Chicago's second Starbucks Card. It's been almost two (2) years since the first Chicago Card was issued, and now we have an upgrade to the 3rd largest city in America. This is the Chicago Theatre Starbucks Card, celebrating the diverse theatre community. With a "Broadway" style, Chicago's theatre community spawned modern improvisational theater. Two renowned comedy troupes emerged: The Second City and I.O. (formerly known as ImprovOlympic). Renowned Chicago theater companies include the Steppenwolf Theatre Company (on the city's north side), the Goodman Theatre, and the Victory Gardens Theater. Chicago offers Broadway-style entertainment at theaters such as Broadway In Chicago 's Ford Center for the Performing Arts Oriental Theatre, Broadway In Chicago 's Bank of America Theatre, Broadway In Chicago 's Cadillac Palace Theatre, Auditorium Building of Roosevelt University, and Broadway In Chicago 's Broadway Playhouse at Water Tower Place. The Card design shows the first four letters of Chicago. Now, that's CHIC!!
