"Store Credit" Canada Only

The only purpose of this Card is for issuing funds back to a customer if item didn't have a receipt or if the dollar amount is high.

Issued for Canada around the first part of October 2006 is this new version of the Store Credit. Previous versions had the line " Valid only in CANADA " in the bottom right hand corner, and " CANADA " in the upper right hand corner.  This Card had a complete makeover on the reverse - which now includes English and French. The front still looks the same but with the added French CARTE DE DEBIT under Store Credit. These BI-LINGUAL (English / French) cards were presumably produced primarily for use in Québec STARBUCKS' stores, however they are used nation wide.

This card has the line " Valid only in CANADA. " &
"Valable au CANADA uniquement." as well as
" CANADA " in the upper right hand corner.

Most STARBUCKS STORE CREDIT Cards DO NOT
designate EITHER country. This NEWEST
STORE CREDIT / CARTE DE DÉBIT card bears the
